At Queens Comprehensive Dental Services payment is due at the time that dental services are rendered. We accept payment in the form of cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Different financial arrangements can be arranged with our insurance/treatment coordinator if your treatment involves dental insurance or some form of extensive dental care. We encourage you to ask us about our different financing options so we can work with you to create a payment plan that is designed to fit your financial circumstances.
Dental Insurance
If dental insurance is involved in your dental treatment, we will prepare all of the forms required. To help expedite insurance claims, we process dental insurance claims electronically. However, please be advised that your dental insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance provider, not between your insurance provider and our office. While we can make no guarantee regarding estimated coverage, we will do our best to ensure you receive the most coverage possible. You should be aware that you are responsible for the total obligation incurred. Therefore the difference between the total cost and the amount paid by your insurance company, is your responsibility. We can submit a pre-treatment estimate if you would like to learn what your expected insurance coverage will be. Generally, your insurance company will send you a detailed response to this request within four to six weeks.
Cosmetic Dentistry and Insurance
Most dental insurance policies do not cover cosmetic dentistry procedures. However, insurance policies often provide partial benefits if a patient's teeth are severely damaged or require restoration work on previously placed fillings, dental bonding, or dental crowns.
Cosmetic Dentistry Financing
We are pleased to offer financing through CareCredit and Citi Financial. These providers offer flexible payment programs that help make cosmetic dentistry procedures affordable for all patients. For more information about CareCredit or Citi Financial, please call our office and speak with our treatment coordinator.
